Admission Nurse Director
The Admission Nurse Director is responsible for leading and overseeing the organization’s admissions function, including clinical quality, documentation standards, staffing structure, operational flow, and professional development of the admissions team. This role is accountable for ensuring a timely, clinically appropriate, patient-centered admission process while supporting strong collaboration across intake, community development, and clinical teams. The Admission Nurse Director is responsible for driving consistency, accountability, and process improvement throughout the referral-to-admission continuum.
Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm.
$110,000 - $130,000 + Sign-on Bonus: This number reflects an average starting range for this position. Individual pay is determined through a variety of factors including experience, education, certifications, and skills and can exceed the range.
