Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills are essential.
• Current licensed status in RN/LPN/OT/PT/LSW with applicable state licensure is required or multi-state licensure in practice areas.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential admissions and coordinate the referral/admission process.
• Track status of new patient referrals and ensure timely placement.
• Coordinate admission paperwork, insurance verifications, and prior authorizations; arrange transportation if needed.
