Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Experience with Salesforce required.
• Ability to work on a shift-based schedule as listed in application questions.
• Strong multitasking in a high-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from prospective clients and families with compassion and professionalism.
• Build trust with clients and families to gather demographics, presenting problems, and treatment histories.
• Communicate financial policies, payment options, and potential financial assistance.
• Maintain meticulous client records in Salesforce including treatment consents and insurance information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet KPIs such as time-to-admission and client satisfaction.
• Pitch Charlie Health’s services and clinical model to clients and families.
