Job summary

Residence at Salem Woods in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an experienced, Full Time Admissions/Marketing Director to join our team. The successful candidate will manage all admissions and marketing activities to ensure a smooth resident admission process and maintain Salem Woods as the preferred facility in the area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all admissions and marketing duties for the facility to ensure a smooth resident admission process.
• Promote Residence at Salem Woods as a preferred facility in the geographic areas we serve and support effective outreach.
• Provide exceptional customer service and attention to detail in every interaction with residents and families.

Job description

Residence at Salem Woods, a skilled nursing facility in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking an experienced, Full Time Admissions/Marketing Director to join our team. The successful candidate is responsible for all admissions and marketing related duties for the facility, to include but is not limited to ensuring the resident admission process is smooth for all involved, ensuring that Residence at Salem Woods remains a preferred facility in the geographic areas we support as well as many other items to help ensure the success of the facility.

The successful candidate will possess 1 to 2 years’ of previous experience in Marketing/Admissions within a Long Term Care facility. The ideal candidate will also exhibit excellent customer service skills as well as attention to detail throughout their work. Associates degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field preferred.
