Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking an Admissions Liaison to coordinate the admissions process for inpatients and outpatients. You will handle referrals, verify information, and assist with scheduling and admissions in a compassionate, efficient manner.

The role requires at least 1 year of admissions experience, a current state license, CPR certification, and a willingness to work within a multidisciplinary care environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with regulatory guidelines for hospital admission.
• Current license and CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admissions process for all patients.
• Perform pre-certifications.

• Contribute to the referral process and input data into hospital systems.

• Contribute to the referral process and input statistical data into hospital systems.

Qualifications

• License clinician preferred.
• Current State Professional License preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• CRRN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with hospital admissions procedures and regulatory guidelines for admission to a hospital preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience with a strong understanding of multidisciplinary process and levels of care, preferred.
