The role supports timely pre-certifications and accurate patient listings, contributing to a smooth admission experience and a patient‑centered approach.

Qualifications

• One or more years in hospital admissions procedures, preferred.
• Licensure as a clinician preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• CRRN preferred.
• Understanding of multidisciplinary care levels and clinical experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admissions process for all patients.
• Perform pre-certifications.
• Maintain accurate listing of all patients in the hospital.
• Receive and verify referrals, gather essential information and execute necessary procedures for scheduling and admission.
• Input statistical data into hospital systems and support referrals.
