Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking an Admissions Liaison to coordinate admissions for inpatients and outpatients, validate referrals, and manage scheduling with compassion and efficiency. This role supports a home-like environment and contributes to a high-quality admission experience.

You will engage with a growing national inpatient rehabilitation leader known for awards and a strong culture of care. The position emphasizes accurate information handling and teamwork within hospital systems.

Qualifications

• One or more years in hospital admissions procedures, preferred.
• Licensure as a clinician preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• CRRN preferred.
• A strong understanding of multidisciplinary care levels and at least one year of clinical experience are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate an efficient admissions process for all patients.
• Preform pre-certifications.
• Assemble Admissions consent packets.
• Maintain accurate listing of all patients in hospital.
• Receive and verify referrals, gather essential information and execute necessary procedures for scheduling and admission.
• Contribute to the referral process and input statistical data into hospital systems.
