Job summary

Encompass Health Corporation is seeking an Admissions Liaison to coordinate admissions for both inpatients and outpatients. You will verify referrals, gather essential information, and execute scheduling and admissions, ensuring a compassionate, efficient process.

The role supports a patient-first approach within a nationally recognized inpatient rehabilitation leader. The ideal candidate brings hospital admissions experience, clinician licensure preferred, CPR certification, and a background in

Qualifications

• One or more years in hospital admissions procedures.
• Licensure as a clinician preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• CRRN preferred.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary care levels and clinical experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate an efficient admissions process for all patients.
• Perform pre-certifications.
• Assemble admissions consent packets.
• Maintain accurate listing of all patients in hospital.
• Receive and verify referrals, gather essential information and execute scheduling/admission procedures.
• Input statistical data into hospital systems and contribute to referral processes.
