Job summary

Diversicare is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to manage patient and resident admissions, working closely with the care team for a smooth transition. You will build relationships with referral sources and advocating for outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications include a background in office work, a high school diploma, and preferred 1–2 years in skilled or long-term care, plus strong multitasking and HIPAA compliance. This full-time role is on-site at our Mississippi centers.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma.
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in skilled care or long-term care preferred.
  • Strong multi-tasking and communication skills; HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of patient and resident admissions to the center, working cohesively with care team members for a safe, seamless transition
  • Develop relationships within key referral sources, physicians/health care professionals
  • Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed admission and Key Account Management goals
  • Accurately represent center’s Features-Benefits-Impact, effectively demonstrating tour best practices and use of Diversicare Sales Steps
  • Champion quality of care and advocate of the customer experience
