Paul Mitchell The School Clear Lake is seeking an Enrollment Leader who will be the first contact for future professionals, guiding them through the enrollment journey with enthusiasm and professional care.

You’ll connect with prospective students across calls, texts, emails, social media, and in-person visits, while coordinating tours and collaborating with campus teams to create a remarkable student experience at a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in admissions, sales or recruiting is a plus.
• Customer service or hospitality background helps.
• Coachable, motivated, and excited to help people.

Responsibilities

• Connect with future students via calls, texts, emails, social media, and in-person meetings.
• Give campus tours showcasing our culture and why students love Paul Mitchell.
• Coach prospective students through every enrollment step.
• Celebrate student milestones from tour to first day of class.
• Attend events to spread the word about Paul Mitchell.
• Stay organized by managing student records and enrollment documents.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid, Education, and Student Services to enhance student experience.
• Learn and grow through leadership training and mentorship.

What You'll Be Doing

• Connect with future students through calls, texts, emails, social media, and in-person appointments.

• Give exciting campus tours that showcase our culture and why students love Paul Mitchell.

• Coach prospective students through every step of the enrollment journey.

• Celebrate student milestones-from their first tour to their first day of class.

• Attend community events, career fairs, high schools, and open houses to spread the word about Paul Mitchell.

• Stay organized by managing student records and enrollment documentation.

• Partner with Financial Aid, Education, and Student Services to create an amazing student experience.

• Learn, grow, and develop through leadership training and mentorship.

Why You'll Love Working Here

Pay: $19-$22 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule

Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Friday: 9:00 AM-2:00 PM

(Yes...early Fridays are a real thing.)
