Second Baptist School in Woodway, TX is seeking a full-time Admissions Assistant for the 2026-2027 school year. The role supports the Director of Admissions and engages with families to attract mission-appropriate students.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in private school admissions or related event planning, a bachelor’s degree, strong Christian values, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with Google Workspace and Trello is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years independent/private school or college admissions experience or related event planning.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong Christian testimony and service mindset.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to attend 1–2 monthly evening/weekend events.

Responsabilités

• Staff and maintain the front office of the Office of Admissions.
• Answer phones and direct guests to the admissions office.
• Process applicants, records, admissions decisions, and documents.
• Coordinate admissions tours and events with logistics and materials.
• Liaise with the business office on enrollment financial tasks.
• Assist with feeder-school connections and on-campus visits.
• Support director of admissions on special projects and initiatives.
