Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking an Admission Intake Auditor to join our West Palm Beach team. This full-time role supports the admissions process and ensures a compassionate patient and family experience during a meaningful transition.

The candidate will audit admissions, process referrals, and ensure accurate documentation while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Strong attention to detail and healthcare admin experience are required.

Qualificações

• Associate degree preferred.
• Three (3) years of experience in healthcare administration, auditing, and customer service.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of hospice or home health programs preferred.
• Ability to handle a fast paced environment.
• Organized, flexible, self-motivated with the ability to communicate with all levels of the medical team.
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health , is seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Admission Intake Auditor to join our team in West Palm Beach.

This full-time position works Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. , supporting the admissions process and ensuring a seamless, empathetic experience for patients and families during one of life’s most meaningful transitions.

Since 1978, Trustbridge Hospice has cared for more than 200,000 South Florida families. As a community-based nonprofit, we provide 24/7 hospice and palliative care, along with caregiver support and bereavement services for families facing serious illness.

What You’ll Do

• Review and audit admissions to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards and agency guidelines.
• Process new referrals accurately and efficiently to support a timely and seamless intake process.

What You’ll Need

• Associate degree preferred.
