Job summary

Cornell Tech’s Enrollment and Admissions team seeks an experienced Coordinator to grow and evolve the enrollment management strategy for the campus’ master’s degree programs. This role supports all master’s degree programs and works with faculty and staff to deliver a seamless admissions process.

The position is full-time, hybrid on Roosevelt Island, NYC, with evening and weekend hours and some travel. Visa sponsorship is not available. Starting salary range: $68,800 to $76,600.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; up to 2 years of relevant work experience in student services, admissions or a related field.
• Superior customer service; demonstrated ability to manage academic and administrative priorities, handle confidential situations; manage data.
• Proficiency in Excel and SLATE is required.

Responsibilities

• Admissions: handle inquiries, schedule interviews, package admissions documents, process applications, and support review.
• Student Recruitment and Events: be the first contact for campus recruitment, organize events, tours, and travel logistics.
• Student Services: coordinate immigration processes, align with enrollment teams, support new student communications.
• Other duties: assist with logistical needs across teams.
