The position emphasizes administrative efficiency, daily LAS referrals, and collaboration with clinical staff to sustain timely patient intake and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills.
• At least 6 months experience with substance abuse treatment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the admissions office operations by maintaining electronic correspondence and documentation.
• Contact referral sources daily and update referral spreadsheets.
• Coordinate referrals, check online referrals, and schedule referral appointments.
• Initiate scheduled intakes for admissions counselors.
• Engage clients on waitlists and schedule appointments.
• Answer front desk calls and conduct preliminary triage; complete initial triage forms.
• Meet scheduling productivity goals as directed by the Program Manager and Program Director.
• Maintain and input daily updates on LADDS, OAD census and Service Point information for monthly/quarterly/annual reporting.
