Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; preferred fields include Communications, Marketing, Web Design, English or Journalism.
• 1–2 years of experience using Slate Technolutions CRM.
• 3–5 years of admissions or related experience in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Lead enrollment communication and CRM outreach strategy with cohesion across channels.
• Build and edit recruit messaging, including A/B testing to boost engagement.
• Coordinate messaging across print, electronic, email and SMS platforms.
• Document timelines and communication flows for staff training.
• Support outreach goals for designated populations and travel-recruitment activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and analyze engagement metrics.
