Responsibilities

• Ensure patient applications for admission are approved within two hours.
• Plan follow-up visits and interviews with patients.
• Conduct facility tours to educate patients and families on benefits.
• Recruit, train, counsel, and supervise admissions staff (if applicable).
• Effectively manage and operate within budget.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
• Assist in the evacuation of patients.
• Communicate and function on an interdisciplinary team.
• Read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
