Qualifications

• Two or more years healthcare admissions experience.
• Experience in the alcohol and drug field or psychiatric treatment field.

Responsibilities

• Manages the intake and admissions process for incoming patients.
• Provides pre-admissions screen of prospective clients determining appropriateness for the program.
• Coordinates the approval process with applicable leadership.
• Leads a team through hiring, orienting, performance assessment and coaching to meet department goals.
• Maintains productivity aligned with client census and staffing levels.
• Ensures accurate billing information is available for all admissions and coordinates with Business Office.
• Participates in facility strategic plans and reports to Corporate leadership.
