• Minimum of two years of experience in Admissions, Marketing, or a similar healthcare role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with empathy and professionalism.
• Ability to build relationships and guide families through decision-making.
• Flexible hours and ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire admissions process from inquiry to move-in.
• Conduct tours for prospective residents and families, communicating services and options.
• Assess needs to ensure appropriate placement and a strong community fit.
• Coordinate with providers and families to gather documentation for admissions.
• Maintain accurate resident records in compliance with state and federal laws.
• Lead admissions efforts to support census goals and community partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth transition for new residents.

Responsibilities for Admissions Director:

• Oversee and manage the entire admissions process from initial inquiry through resident move-in, ensuring a seamless and compassionate experience for prospective residents and their families.


• Conduct engaging and informative tours for prospective residents and families, clearly communicating our services, care options, and community environment.


• Assess the needs of potential residents to ensure appropriate placement and a strong fit within the community, prioritizing safety, well-being, and quality of care.


• Coordinate closely with healthcare providers, social workers, and family members to gather necessary documentation and ensure a smooth and timely admissions process.


• Maintain accurate, organized resident records in full compliance with state regulations, federal guidelines, and privacy laws.


• Lead admissions efforts with a focus on responsiveness, relationship-building, and maintaining strong community partnerships to support census goals.


• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth transition for new residents and a positive first experience within the community.

Qualifications for Admissions Director:

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Admissions, Marketing, or a similar role within a healthcare setting.


• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to engage families with empathy and professionalism.


• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, manage sensitive conversations, and guide families through decision‑making processes.


• Ability to work flexible hours, as admissions and marketing responsibilities may require.


• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
