Job summary

Chateau Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Rochelle Park, NJ, is seeking an experienced Admissions Director to lead the admissions process and drive census growth.

You will manage referrals, verify insurance, supervise documentation, and collaborate with hospitals, referral sources, and clinical teams to ensure a smooth transition from referral to admission.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of admissions, intake, or healthcare business development experience
• Prior SNF/post-acute care experience required
• Previous Admissions Director or Admissions Coordinator experience required
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and insurance authorization processes
• Experience with PointClickCare, NaviHealth, CarePort, and AllScripts preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, relationship-building, and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure a smooth transition for residents from referral through admission
