Primrose School Franchising SPE, LLC in Plano, TX is seeking an Admissions Director to drive enrollment and deliver an outstanding family experience from the first inquiry to the child’s first day. You will lead personalized tours, respond to inquiries, and build strong relationships with families to grow school occupancy.

The role emphasizes a warm, professional presence, goal-driven results, and close collaboration with school leadership to promote the Balanced Learning curriculum and programs.

Responsabilidades

• Driving school enrollment and maintaining strong occupancy
• Responding quickly and professionally to new family inquiries
• Building genuine relationships with prospective and current families
• Conducting engaging, personalized school tours
• Following up consistently with leads and prospective families
• Converting inquiries and tours into enrollments
• Maintaining an organized admissions pipeline and tracking enrollment activity
• Understanding classroom availability, upcoming openings, and waitlists
• Communicating the value of our Balanced Learning curriculum and school programs
• Partnering with the leadership team to identify enrollment opportunities
• Supporting community outreach, marketing initiatives, and school events
• Creating an exceptional experience from a family’s first phone call through their child’s first day
