Job summary

Florida State University’s Office of Admissions is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage application systems (Slate and Common App) and support workflows for the Office of Admissions.

You will reconcile data, load transcripts, run daily reports, audits, and guide applicants and counselors through the admissions process, ensuring compliance with university policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience.
• Or a high school diploma/equivalent with five years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage application management functions for Slate and Common Applications within the Office of Admissions.
• Assist in developing workflows for multiple application systems for the Office of Admissions.
• Analyze data regarding the different application systems.
• Run daily reports to reconcile application data for various application types.
• Load and link transcript information daily.
• Ensure admission processing functions comply with University and Board of Governors procedures.
• Complete application audits and identify duplicates; contact students for corrections.
• Provide guidance to applicants and counselors regarding the admissions process.
• Coordinate with departments to develop reports and reconcile data to maximize user experience.
