JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The Admissions Officer provides consultative services to prospective and current students and their families including representing the University at recruitment events, advising on the admissions and/or enrollment processes, evaluating credentials of student applications for admissions, and/or immigration, and coordinating with other University departments. Admissions Officers analyze academic records and make decisions and recommendations to academic partners to ensure appropriate implementation of policies and procedures pertaining to academic degree requirements.
This position will be filled at either the intermediate or advanced level based on candidate's education and experience.

Advanced- Bachelor's Degree 3+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
This position requires the following clearances: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check.

Salary Range: $51,000.00 - $74,000.00
CAMPUS SECURITY CRIME STATISTICS:
Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
