Job summary

Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law is seeking an Admissions Counselor – Graduate Admissions to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This front-facing role guides prospective graduate students through the admissions process, answers questions, assists with forms, and provides personalized support to move applicants toward completed applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up with prospective student inquiries, leads, and applicants.
• Guide applicants through the admissions process from initial inquiry through admissions decision.
• Assist prospective students with applications, required forms, documentation, and next steps.
• Communicate regularly with applicants by phone, email, text, and virtual platforms.
• Monitor application progress and proactively follow up with applicants who may need additional assistance.
• Review applicant information for eligibility, including GPA, prerequisites, and program fit.
• Maintain accurate applicant information and communication activity within the CRM.
• Participate in recruitment events, presentations, and outreach activities.
• Deliver a welcoming, responsive, and professional experience to prospective students.

Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law is seeking an Admissions Counselor – Graduate Admissions to join our team!

This is a highly front-facing, student-focused role where you’ll serve as an important point of contact for prospective graduate students as they move through the admissions process. From answering initial questions to helping applicants complete forms and requirements, you’ll provide the guidance, follow-up, and personalized support that helps turn prospective-student interest into completed applications.

What You’ll Do

• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
