Competenze

• High school diploma or GED; Associates degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant sales or customer service experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and internal databases for participant status, eligibility and services.

• Conduct intake interviews following the initial assessment to document needs, goals, barriers, and services.
• Engage customers at job fairs/outreach events and guide enrollment in the Virtual Career Center.
• Coordinate and follow up with customers via calls, emails, chats, and texts through the admission process.
