Lifepoint Health is hiring an Admissions Coordinator at the Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Keller to oversee patient admissions, partner with clinical teams, and support operational planning for smooth onboarding. This role emphasizes data-informed decision making and collaboration across departments.

Qualified candidates will bring a clinical degree, relevant healthcare experience, and licensure if applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical area preferred.
• Minimum of three years' experience in healthcare setting preferred.
• Clinical licensure preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate patient admission functions in alignment with the hospital's mission and vision.
• Assist the Program Director with therapy operations.
• Collaborate with Clinical Liaisons and the Program Secretary to support admission flow.
• Develop admission forecasts and patient day projections in coordination with the healthcare team.
• Prepare and analyze reports using established data tools and provide timely statistics.
• Work with department managers to evaluate and enhance services and programs.
• Maintain effective relationships with Medical Staff, interdisciplinary teams, and external agencies.
• Explain pre-admission and admission policies to families and referral sources.
