Job summary

Sandstone Healthcare Group in Las Vegas, NV seeks a full-time Admissions Coordinator to be the first point of contact for referrals, families and hospital partners. The role emphasizes organization, responsiveness, and professionalism in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

You will manage referrals, coordinate admissions, verify insurance, and collaborate with the Admissions Director and clinical team to ensure smooth transitions for residents and families, maximizing census growth and service

Qualifications

• Experience in admissions, intake, or healthcare coordination preferred.
• SNF or healthcare experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
