The position supports the Director of Admissions with marketing efforts, processes admissions, conducts tours, and ensures proper documentation and insurance verification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 2 years admissions experience requested; LTC/skilled nursing exp preferred.
• Nonprofit setting and Eden Alternative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Admissions with marketing initiatives and admissions processes.
• Coordinate and process new resident admissions with complete documentation.
• Conduct community tours for prospective residents and families.
• Review referrals to determine admission eligibility.
• Verify insurance coverage for admissions.
• Manage high volume inquiries with strong customer service.
