Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and complete records for new students.
• Assist the Director of Admissions with data management and enrollment tracking.
• Support financial aid follow up, orientations, open houses and career days.
• Maintain all forms and essential paperwork for the Admissions Department.
• Coordinate orientations and prepare materials and visuals.
• Ensure timely completion of POG documentation and related reports.
• Follow up with students on missed appointments or pending documents.
• Work with Admissions staff to ensure complete enrollment paperwork and policies.
• Communicate effectively with departments and external agencies as needed.
