Collingswood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Rockville, MD, is seeking an Admissions Coordinator for a full-time, Monday–Friday role. You will guide families through the admissions process, conduct tours, gather signatures, and coordinate with care teams to ensure a smooth transition into our community.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in admissions or related healthcare outreach, excellent communication, compassion, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in admissions or related healthcare role.
• Experience in long-term care or healthcare community relations preferred.
• Excellent communication and empathetic interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Obtain signatures on admission documents professionally.
• Conduct welcoming tours for prospective residents and families.
• Maintain accurate resident list and room assignments.
• Coordinate with providers and families to gather necessary documents.
• Maintain a waiting list following policy.
• Support admissions and census goals through follow-up and service.
• Perform other duties to support admissions and facility operations.
