The role involves conducting facility tours, answering service inquiries, scheduling assessments, and coordinating paperwork while maintaining accurate resident records and delivering exceptional customer service to families and prospective residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years experience in Health Care Sales/marketing/insurance or commensurate education preferred; managed care/insurance experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for working with seniors and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years experience in Health Care Sales/marketing/Insurance or commensurate education preferred. Experience in managed care/insurance preferred. Familiar with Medical Terminology.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing preferred.
