Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to monitor throughput in crisis observation programs and manage the petitioning process, ensuring completeness and timeliness.

The AC serves as a liaison with internal and external providers, assists law enforcement with petitions, and coordinates transfers related to COE and COT. This full-time role supports Title 36 services across Arizona.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of administrative work history preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare setting preferred.
• Valid identification required
• Public Notary preferred

Responsibilities

• Own petitioning process: processing, monitoring completeness and timeliness.
• Assist law enforcement in completing petitions.
• Serve as telephone liaison with internal and external providers and community agencies.
• Oversee transfer of recipients to Level I facilities related to COE, and amendments/revocations to COT.

Job Summary

The Admission Coordinator (AC) is the key position for monitoring throughput in crisis observation programs providing Title 36 services. The Admission Coordinator is the owner of the petitioning process which includes processing, monitoring completeness and timeliness, assisting law enforcement in completing petitions, and serving as telephone liaison with internal and external providers and community agencies. The Admission Coordinator monitors the ongoing internal petition process to ensure an efficient system is in place to track petitions, capture the necessary information, and generate reports. In addition, the Admission Coordinator oversees the transfer of recipients to Level I facilities related to Court Ordered Evaluations (COE), and amendments/revocations to Court Ordered Treatment (COT).

Skills/Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to Business or Health Care is preferred.
• 3 or more years of administrative work history is highly preferred.
• 1 or more years of experience in healthcare setting preferred.
• Valid identification required
• Public Notary preferred
