Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a placement coordinator to manage multi-state referrals across programs, ensuring referrals are matched to the most clinically appropriate and feasible site.

This role requires conducting comprehensive clinical screenings using established criteria, collaborating with leadership to refine system-wide placement protocols and decision-making processes, and tracking referral trends, acceptances, denials, and barriers to placement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field.
• Licensed clinical preferred (LPC/LCSW/LMFT/LMSW etc) is preferred.
• Minimum two years of behavioral health, mental health, or admission-related experience in a multi-site or high-acuity setting preferred.
• Experience with multi-state behavioral health regulations and payor systems is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
