You will resolve resident concerns during transitions and help build census and quality mix by guiding prospective residents and referral sources.

The role emphasizes compassionate service to seniors with a need for strong communication, organization, and a professional image in a fast-paced care environment.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in health care services, products, or pharmaceuticals is desirable.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Professional image in appearance and behavior.
• Familiarity with long-term care and/or health care services preferred.

What Will You Do in This Role?

As an Admissions Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining admission guidelines, marketing programs, obtaining applicant information, screening applicants, completing admissions processes, and resolving resident concerns during their transition to the community. The Admissions Coordinator is also responsible for developing census and quality mix by providing prospective residents, responsible parties, and referral sources with appropriate information and assistance.

• College degree preferred
• Sales experience, particularly in health care services, products, or pharmaceuticals is desirable
