What You'll Do

• Process referrals and review admission documentation
• Verify insurance coverage and coordinate authorizations
• Work with hospitals, case managers, and referral sources
• Coordinate admissions with nursing and other departments
• Follow up promptly on referrals to support facility census

What We're Looking For

• Experience in healthcare admissions, intake, scheduling, or case management preferred
• Insurance verification and authorization experience a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and follow‑up skills
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred
