Senior Lifestyle Corporation in Gorham, ME is seeking a dedicated Admissions Coordinator to support the pre-admission, admission, discharge and follow-up processes. You will collaborate with the admissions team, physicians and departments to ensure smooth transitions and accurate patient information.
The role requires friendly communication, attention to detail, and basic software skills, with a focus on resident rights and quality service.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the admissions department’s activities in the pre-admission, admission, discharge, and follow up processes. This position reports to the Business Office Manager.
Level of Formal Education: A High School Diploma or General Education Degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Years of Experience: 1-3+ months
Type of Experience: Sales/admissions
Language Skills: Acceptable fluency in English in order to perform job duties and speak, read, write, and communicate with supervisors, coworkers, residents, and applicable third parties.
Technical Competencies: Basic software and/or computer proficiency, comprehension of basic accounting and sales
Personal Attributes: Organized, detail-oriented
