Hondros College of Nursing in Columbus, OH, is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to serve as a resource for students, faculty, and staff and to provide professional front desk support. Responsabilidades

• Serves as a student, faculty, and staff resource and ambassador for the college.
• Provides professional, courteous, timely front/reception desk customer service to students, faculty, staff, and customers; referring students, faculty, staff, and customers to other college support services as needed
• Performs general office administrative duties such as filing, scanning documents, answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, processing book returns, issuing uniforms, and scheduling, organizing, and operating classrooms and campus-based spaces
• Complete student payment processes including taking payments, completing ledger corrections, and making bank deposits
• Creates and maintains student academic files; ensuring all compliance requirements are met
• Creates and maintains student academic documentation tracking
• Partners with the Registrar’s Office to complete student file audits; ensuring that student files remain accurate and compliant
• Records and maintains student attendance records
• Coordinates and manages student IEP testing
• Orders and maintains office supplies and equipment
• Participates in new student orientation activities
• Performs other duties as assigned

The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for:

Our defined compensation structure is market competitive and is built to reward performance.A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role is $18.22-$23.70 per hour. We take a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including but not limited to: job and level hired into, location, skill set; experience and training; peer compensation and other business and organizational needs. This range is subject to change.
