Heritagehbrv in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Director of Admissions for a nursing home to lead the admissions process from inquiry to move-in, assess eligibility, and coordinate with nursing, social services, and admin to ensure seamless transitions.

You will build relationships with hospitals and discharge planners, guide families through care options, conduct tours, and collaborate with marketing to promote services while maintaining accurate records and monitoring occupancy.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating admissions in skilled nursing or long-term care settings is preferred but not required.
