Job summary

Universal Health Services in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Security & Safety Associate to perform security tasks, monitor access, and protect staff, patients, and property.

Greet patients, observe patients, gather information, assist with transfers, and respond to emergencies with a current North Carolina driver’s license. This on-site role supports a busy hospital environment with strong attention to safety and service.

Qualifications

• Education/training: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 6 months of reception or behavorial health technician experience, preferably in a hospital or other institutional setting.
• Licensure/Certification: Current North Carolina Driver's License.
• Knowledge and Skills: Ability to perform phone/reception responsibilities; knowledge of hospital emergency codes; strong customer service; proactive security response.
