Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Admissions Director with daily admissions tasks.
• Process referrals from hospitals and referral sources.
• Gather and verify required documentation for admissions.
• Coordinate admission dates with Nursing, Business Office, Social Services, and others.
• Prepare admission packets and assist with paperwork.
• Maintain accurate admission records and update electronic systems.
• Provide tours to prospective residents and families as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and policy.
• Support census tracking and referral logs.
