The role emphasizes relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals, accurate representation of the center’s benefits, and a focus on quality patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Office work experience using standard equipment, computers and processes.
• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in skilled care or long-term care preferred.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills; HIPAA compliance track record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of patient and resident admissions to the center, ensuring safe, seamless transitions.
• Develop relationships with referral sources, physicians and health care professionals.
• Collaborate with team to meet admission and Key Account Management goals.
• Present center features, benefits and impact; demonstrate tours following Diversicare Sales steps.
• Advocate for quality of care and the customer experience.
