Garden Gate Health Care Facility in Cheektowaga, NY, seeks an Admissions Concierge to welcome residents and families, answer questions, and coordinate tours with warmth and professionalism.

The full-time role offers a 11 am–7 pm schedule, weekends required, and a pay range of $16–$18 per hour, with benefits including PTO, health/dental/vision, life insurance, and retirement options. Prior LT care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a long-term care setting with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new residents and families to the facility and provide tours and orientation support
• Maintain and update orientation materials and admission-related documentation
• Communicate daily with residents to ensure needs are being met and concerns are addressed promptly
• Maintain logs of resident concerns, follow-up actions, and resolutions
• Ensure subacute rehabilitation rooms are clean, prepared, and ready for admissions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident satisfaction and a positive admission experience
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, visitors, and staff
• Perform additional duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a long-term care setting with residents and families required

• Ability to maintain professionalism and compassion in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
