Friends Seminary is seeking an Admissions Associate in New York for a 10-month, 75% FTE role. This position guides applicant families through the admissions process and collaborates with the admissions team across Kindergarten through 12th grade. Evening and weekend events are required.
Responsibilities include outreach, interviewing and evaluating applicants, being the primary contact for families, and coordinating admissions events while contributing to the school community.

The Admissions Associate plays a vital role, guiding applicant families through the admissions process. The Associate will also work closely and collaboratively with the admissions team in assessing candidates for consideration, grades Kindergarten through 12.
The Admissions Associate will participate in all activities and responsibilities that require in-person collaboration with the Admission and Enrollment Management Office as noted below. Additionally, participation in evening and weekend events are required.
The annual salary range for this position is $70,000 - $73,000.
