ACI Learning seeks an Admissions Advisor in Dallas to guide prospective students through the enrollment process for our education programs. You will manage high volumes of inbound leads, conduct interviews, and align student goals with program options.

The role emphasizes integrity, excellent communication, and the ability to close enrollments while delivering a positive student experience. Full-time, benefits-eligible position with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of admissions, sales, or a comparable consultative role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience enrolling or advising self-pay or consumer-financed students strongly preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Outstanding communication skills with strong closing ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound web leads from initial interest up to Enrollment.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities to enroll students monthly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and admissions requirements.
• Conduct admissions interviews and assess goals, readiness, and program fit.
• Define success requirements within ACI Tech Academy’s programs to maintain high on-time graduation rates.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all student interactions and enrollment activity.
• Represent ACI Tech Academy with integrity, in line with core values.
• Participate in occasional evening or weekend events for prospective student engagement.
