We are seeking an Admissions Advisor to become an integral part of our team!

You will take charge of implementing the vision, mission, and core values established by CHCP to help prospective students obtain the Allied Health Career of Their Lives!

Responsibilities:

• Explain educational programs, expected outcomes, and student services clearly to students and parents.
• Spend at least 4 hours daily on the phone speaking with potential students about improving their lives through education.
• Manage inquiries to achieve contact and activity goals, utilize approved recruitment policies, and redirect unqualified candidates.
• Participate in recruitment activities such as open houses, local presentations, training sessions, orientation programs, career days, and graduations.
• Secure new inquiries by asking contacts for referrals interested in our programs.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, pursue qualified candidates, and assess their suitability for admission based on career goals.
• Forecast projected new students with the Director of Admissions or campus management.
• Conduct follow-up meetings monthly with applicants to ensure successful matriculation.
• Represent the college at public relations events as appropriate.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
