Job summary

Roadmaster Drivers School is seeking an Admissions Advisor to engage leads, qualify applicants, and enroll students into our Commercial Truck Driver Training Program. You will help individuals improve their lives and income through career training within a stable, rewarding team environment.

The role requires previous sales or admissions experience, CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred), strong communication, and the ability to work in a professional office setting.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or admissions experience.
• Salesforce or CRM experience preferred.
• Strong communication of Roadmaster’s mission and course offerings to applicants.
• Professional office/school environment experience.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Energetic, positive attitude with passion for helping others through training.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensure as required by state regulations.
• Demonstrated knowledge, skills and leadership to enroll students into Roadmaster’s programs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with leads to enroll prospective students.
• Inquire and guide applicants through the enrollment process.
• Promote Roadmaster programs and benefits to applicants.
• Collaborate with admissions team to meet enrollment targets.
