Job summary

South University is seeking an Admissions Representative to recruit qualified applicants for admission to the University, while upholding accreditation standards and ethical practices. You will manage a high volume of inquiries, conduct phone contacts to secure appointments, and facilitate interview activities for future class enrollment.

Collaboración with Student Support Services ensures students are supported and successfully matriculate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in admissions or sales.
• Proven ability to manage inquiries and schedule interviews.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ethical, goal oriented.

Responsibilities

• Explain programs, outcomes, services, and financial considerations to students and families.
• Manage inquiries and contact prospects to meet weekly goals.
• Schedule and conduct interviews and pursue qualified candidates for enrollment.
• Forecast new student numbers and support matriculation with Student Support Services.
• Participate in recruitment activities and open houses.
• Collaborate with other departments to solve problems and improve processes.
