American Institute is seeking an Admissions Representative in a full‑time role. You will provide information to prospective students and guide them ethically through the enrollment process, ensuring accurate records and adherence to regulations.

The position reports to the Director of Admissions and operates within an admissions team. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a high school diploma, and 1–2 years in sales or customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Mature, positive interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
• Knowledge of school programs and admission processes.
• Successfully completes AI admission training.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate future students via in‑person interviews and refer questionable candidates to the Director of Admissions.
• Assist prospective students through the admissions process per regulations.
• Maintain accurate student records in compliance with company standards.
• Expand school awareness within the community.
• Accept referrals during and after enrollment.
