Job summary

Centered Health seeks an Admissions Advisor to coordinate admissions for all clients across five facilities, onsite in Culver City. You will guide potential clients through the admissions process, ensuring a fit with the right facility and program.

The role requires multitasking in a high-volume setting, strong communication, and fluency in Spanish and English. Growth opportunities exist within Admissions and beyond, in a collaborative, family-like culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of mental health or hospital admissions experience required; 5+ years preferred.
• 3+ years of pre-admission assessment experience required; 5+ years preferred.
• 3+ years of experience managing clinician-based referrals and clinician engagement required.
• 3+ years of experience reviewing private insurance and other financial obligations, with high proficiency with out-of-network services required.
• Proficiency in SalesForce and EMR software, preferably KIPU.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admissions for all incoming and potential clients.
• Answer all questions throughout the admissions process and match client needs to facilities.
• Act as a liaison between client and facility ensuring understanding of rules and treatment expectations.
• Maintain strong written and verbal communication with clients and their families.
