HOURS: 40 hours per week; typically 8AM to 5PM, 9AM to 6PM or 10AM to 7PM, varying through the week; some additional weekend or evening hours may be required based on business needs. There is potential for travel to conferences, college fairs, and recruitment/community events.
The Admissions Advisor is responsible for educating and attracting potential students to attend Herzing University through inbound and outbound phone interactions. This role involves providing information about the advantages of attending Herzing University, interviewing prospective students to understand their interests and needs, and guiding them through the enrollment process thoroughly and accurately.
The hourly pay range for this position is $23.17 to $31.39, with compensation determined based on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including tuition waiver and reimbursement, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement plan.
