Do You Love Helping People Change Lives?

Some people apply to jobs. Others answer a calling. If you're the kind of person who genuinely lights up when you help someone see a future they didn't know was possible, this role was built for you.

At Aviation Institute of Maintenance, our Admissions Representatives (also known as Admissions Advisors or Enrollment Advisors) do more than enroll students—they help people change the course of their lives. Every day, you'll connect with prospective students who are looking for a better future through career training in the skilled trades. Using your consultative sales, customer service, and relationship‑building skills, you'll help students explore their options, overcome obstacles, and confidently take the next step toward a new career.

Whether your background is in inside sales, admissions, enrollment, recruiting, account management or customer service, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact while achieving meaningful performance goals. If you're energized by helping people, building relationships, and closing life‑changing opportunities, we'd love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

This is a high‑energy, high‑impact role. You’ll own the full student journey — from the very first phone call to enrollment day — and you’ll do it with urgency, warmth, and a relentless drive to hit your goals.

  • Connect with prospective students through phone, email, and in‑person or virtual meetings — and bring genuine enthusiasm to every interaction
  • Assess each student’s goals and eligibility, then champion the program that fits them best
  • Drive the full admissions cycle: inquiry, appointment setting, interviews, application completion, documentation, and enrollment
  • Hit and exceed enrollment KPIs — outreach volume, contact‑to‑appointment conversion, application completion, and closing ratios — because you hold yourself to a high standard
  • Follow up with persistence and care — life gets in the way for students; you don’t let a good fit slip through the cracks
  • Represent AIM at open houses, career fairs, and community events with the energy and pride of someone who truly believes in what we offer
Who You Are

We’re not just looking for someone who can do this job. We’re looking for someone who will own it. The right person for this role:

  • Gets genuinely excited about helping people — this isn’t just a talking point for you, it’s the reason you show up
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment and brings positive energy to the team even on tough days
  • Has a proven track record in sales or customer service — you know what it means to work toward a number and you take pride in hitting it
  • Communicates with warmth, clarity, and confidence across diverse audiences
  • Takes initiative — you don’t wait to be told what to do; you see what needs to happen and you make it happen
  • Stays organized and follows through — prospective students are counting on you, and you don’t let them down

  • Excellent time management and the ability to multitask effectively in a high‑volume environment
